At THE GYM, we believe fitness is better together. That’s why our focus is on group training, combining the intensity of functional workouts with the energy of a team atmosphere.
We are all about group training and community but if you want a personal PT session or just a gym to yourself then the BOCS is for you.
ABOUT
LEWIS
Certified Fitness Trainer and Founder
I hold a First-Class Honours degree in Sports Coaching and Performance and was fortunate to play professional rugby with the Scarlets, a stint with Gloucester, and represent Wales at U16, U18, and U20 level, including the Junior World Cup.
After suffering two back-to-back ACL injuries, I gained first-hand experience of the challenges of recovery and the resilience needed to overcome setbacks. This shaped my coaching philosophy and gave me a unique understanding of both the physical and mental demands of training.
I’m a qualified Level 3 Personal Trainer, hold a Level 2 Rugby Coaching Badge, and am currently working towards my Level 3 Advanced Coaching qualification. My passion is helping people unlock their potential-whether that’s improving performance, building strength and confidence, or coming back stronger after injury.
