STRONG MUMS

Our Strong Mums class offers a gentle, welcoming way for new mums to stay active, recover, and rebuild confidence after pregnancy. With a mix of light cardio, core stability, and simple strength exercises, you’ll be able to move at your own pace while easing back into fitness safely and effectively.

These sessions are designed with both mum and baby in mind. You’ll get a chance to exercise in a supportive environment, meet other parents, and enjoy some social time while your little one stays close by. There’s no pressure, just encouragement, flexibility, and the space to focus on your wellbeing.
