Saturday Strength Club is a women’s only strength training class designed to help you build confidence, power, and real functional strength in a supportive, uplifting environment. This class focuses on lifting, toning, and full body strength using weights and bodyweight exercises that are suitable for all fitness levels. Expect structured strength workouts, expert coaching, and a motivating group vibe that encourages you to challenge yourself at your own pace. Cancellation Policy
Booking & Cancellation Policy Last updated: 23/03/2026 1. Definitions 1.1 “The Gym” refers to the service provider operating the classes and sessions. 1.2 “Member” refers to any individual holding an active membership with The Gym. 1.3 “Non-Member” refers to any individual booking or attending classes or sessions without an active membership. 1.4 “Booking” refers to any confirmed reservation for a class, session, or service offered by The Gym. 2. Booking of Classes and Sessions 2.1 All classes and sessions must be booked in advance via our website, mobile application, or in person. 2.2 A booking shall only be deemed confirmed once full payment (where applicable) has been received and processed. 2.3 All bookings are subject to availability and are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. 2.4 By making a booking, you agree to be bound by this Booking & Cancellation Policy. 3. Cancellations by Members 3.1 Members must cancel bookings no less than 24 hours prior to the scheduled start time. 3.2 Cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance may, at the discretion of The Gym and subject to availability, be rescheduled. 3.3 Any cancellation made within 24 hours of the scheduled start time shall not be eligible for any refund. 3.4 No refunds, credits, or transfers shall be issued for missed bookings, late cancellations, or non-attendance, except where required by applicable law. 4. Cancellations by Non-Members 4.1 Non-Members must cancel bookings no less than 24 hours prior to the scheduled start time. 4.2 Cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance may be eligible for either: (a) a rescheduled session; or (b) a refund, at the discretion of The Gym. 4.3 Any cancellation made within 24 hours of the scheduled start time shall not be eligible for any refund or rescheduling. 4.4 No refunds shall be issued for non-attendance or failure to cancel in accordance with this policy. 5. Late Arrival 5.1 Participants arriving after the scheduled start time may be refused entry at the sole discretion of The Gym, including for health and safety reasons. 5.2 No refunds, credits, or rescheduling shall be provided in cases of late arrival. 6. Cancellations by The Gym 6.1 The Gym reserves the right to cancel or reschedule any class or session where reasonably necessary, including but not limited to instructor unavailability, insufficient attendance, or circumstances beyond its control. 6.2 In the event of cancellation by The Gym, you will be offered either:
